How it works
Planning an event shouldn't feel overwhelming — that's where I come in.
Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner party or a full corporate gala, SG Events offers flexible support designed to meet you where you are. Here's how working together looks:
1. Start with a Consultation Not sure what level of support you need? Book a consultation first. We'll talk through your vision, your timeline, and your to-do list - and I'll share my planning templates and checklists so you can hit the ground running, with or without full coordination. If you decide you'd like more hands-on support after our call, your consultation fee can be applied toward any coordination package.
2. Choose Your Package If you're ready for hands-on support, choose the coordination package that fits your event size and complexity. Each package includes defined prep time, onsite hours, vendor coordination, and planning calls - so you always know exactly what's included and what to expect.
3. Sign & Secure Your Date Once we've aligned on scope, you'll receive your contract and a 50% retainer invoice to lock in your date. Work begins as soon as the retainer is received.
4. Let's Get to Work From our first planning call till the last guest leaves, I'll handle the coordination details so you can be present and enjoy your event - not manage it.
Additional services beyond your package are available at $150/hr. Full terms outlined in your service agreement.

Comprehensive coordination for events up to 200 guests. Full-coverage coordination for larger events. We review your contracts, build a minute-by-minute timeline, and serve as the single point of contact for every vendor.
Full-service day-of coordination for complex events up to 200 guests. Built for complex events - galas, conferences, symposia - where brand standards, multi-vendor logistics, and stakeholder management demand an experienced lead.
For the DIY planner who wants expert guidance without full coordination: Not every event needs a professional coordinator - and that's okay. In this session we'll talk through your event vision, review your questions, and build out a planning timeline that works for your date. You'll leave with my event planning templates and checklists to keep you organized and on track. The consultation fee can be applied toward any coordination package if you decide you'd like more support down the road.
